About Us
The Michigan Chapter is one of the largest in the ACBS with approximately 350 memberships and more than 600 members residing in eight states and Canada. We are part of an international organization of more than fifty chapters located throughout the United States, Canada, France and now Scandinavia with upwards of thirteen-thousand members combined.
Our Mission
- To bring together people with a common interest in historic, antique and classic boats, sharing fellowship, information, experience and exchange of ideas.
- To protect the heritage of boating by promoting, first the preservation and, second, the restoration of historic, antique and classic boats.
- To promote and sponsor activities designed to generate an interest in and educate the public at large about antique and classic boats and boating.
